These terms apply when you use the Numidah website or phone app. By using Numidah, you agree to them.

Accounts

Companies sign up on this website. New companies can use Numidah once we approve them.
Staff accounts are created only by an employer's invitation.
Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Using Numidah

Use it only for genuine work records, and enter information that is true.
Do not fake your location, use someone else's account, or try to get around security.
Employers must have a lawful reason to record their staff's attendance and pay, and must tell staff how Numidah is used.

Payroll figures

Numidah helps prepare payroll, including Nigerian tax and pension figures. Employers must check the figures before paying anyone, and remain responsible for paying staff and making the right returns.

Fees

Any price, free trial or payment terms are shown in your company account before you pay.

Availability

We work to keep Numidah running, but it may sometimes be slow or unavailable. We are not responsible for losses caused by such interruptions, as far as the law allows.

Ending use

You may stop using Numidah at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. How we handle data afterwards is set out in our privacy policy.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
